Once a complaint is received and a case is created, below is our flow chart process.

What Does a Notice Look Like?

• 调整通知: A courtesy letter either posted or mailed to the resident and/or property owner as request to abate simple violations.
  
  
• 撤销通知 : A formal letter sent to the resident and property owner advising to correct the violation(s) on the property.
  
  
• Fines, Fees, Administrative Costs, and Penalties : Penalties accrued if the property is not in compliance within the timeframe provided. Penalties will be issued against the property owner and/or residents.
  
  
• 证明原因令 :  Continued non-compliance which resulted in a citation against the property owner and a notice for an administrative hearing.
